These terms govern your use of the Azalea app (Azelya in Turkish), provided by Turan Dinç. By using the app you agree to them.

1. The service

Azalea is a personal growth app that offers a personal guide based on your birth details, daily suggestions, personal answers to your questions, compatibility insights for your relationships, timing suggestions and a shared intention circle.

2. Nature of the content

The content is meant to help you reflect and understand yourself. It is not a definitive judgment or a prediction. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice; please consult a professional for those. If you or someone else is at risk of harm, contact local emergency services immediately. AI-generated texts are produced automatically and may contain errors.

3. Account

You must be at least 18 years old.
You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Please enter your birth details accurately; we are not responsible for results based on incorrect information.

4. Crystals

Crystals are a virtual credit used to unlock some features. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Crystals are bought through the App Store and can also be earned as a subscription bonus or referral reward.
Remaining crystals are forfeited when an account is deleted.

5. Subscription

Premium is purchased through the App Store and payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel it on your iPhone under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Current local prices are shown in the app by the App Store before you buy.

6. Payments and refunds

App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policy and are made at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a verifiable technical problem on our side affects you, we may compensate with crystals.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use another person's identity or details without permission.
Do not use automated tools that disrupt the service or otherwise misuse it.
Do not copy or distribute the app's content, design or texts without permission.

8. Intellectual property

The app's code, design, content and the names "Azalea" and "Azelya" belong to Turan Dinç. You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to use the app.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount you paid in the relevant period.

10. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms, fraudulent use or at the request of authorities.

11. Apple

These terms are between you and Turan Dinç only. Apple is not a party to them and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where they conflict, the provision more favourable to you applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the app.
